Thank you for purchasing one of the products from Satzilla.

The Quadrant is 100% mesh and as it is has a land impact of 4.
The perms are MOD and COPY, (the scripts are no mod which will make the prim appear as no mod, but you can modify the build, just not the scripts).

The build is 20 m by 20 m, consisting of a four spacious rooms with dual aspect windows and ceiling skylights. The decor is modern, bright and the walls are a shaded uv map and contain a tinting script.
