The house is built with textures I made myself for this build.
2700 square meters of land coverage. Size 60m x 45m
424 Prims which does include the kitchen, which is spearately linked so can easily be removed if not required.
The house is packaged in a Rez-Faux system very simple to rez and derez the house and positioning is very simple. All the outside doors and lockable and come with simple instructions. There is 2 interior doors which are sliding, and the rest of the interior doors are automatic open and shut.
Extremely spacious hall and landing with central staircase.
Downstairs there are 3 receptions rooms and kitchen.
Upstairs are 4 Bedrooms, 2 with Bathroom space, Balcony to the front and Balcony to the Rear.
Tinted windows, just click any window from inside or outside of the house and the tinted window appears on the outside of the building only so you cannot see in, but whilst inside the house you can see out.
