Talk about keeping it simple! You just want a simple place to hang your hat with a little character. For the total beach bum, we have this beautifully rustic 2 room beach hut. Who needs 15 bedrooms and 32 toilets to enjoy their home. It also has a great little porch to watch those golden sunsets or just to take pot shots at the neighbors for steppin' on your property! This comes unfurnished because you just gotta make it your own! This latest version even includes a door and window framing. Even after adding the wood burning stove, kitchen sink & curtains, it's still only 41 prim.
Included accessories are a combination of Sculpty, Mesh and regular prim!
This would also be great in a forest or Bayou setting.
