~REALISM PERFECTED!~ Opinion: Go for it... NOT SORRY!
This is an aesthetically gorgeous and exquisitely crafted home. I was hesitant to purchase w/NO DEMO & the creator does not have an inworld store. Yet, with the promo price of 499L's, I took a chance & held my breath when I rezzed it. As everything popped out, ALL my worries were instantly GONE. The Shoreline House is better than the advert pictures reveal. Inside and out, all the textures are baked w/shadows, lending incredible realism in every direction you turn. Entering this beautiful bungalow is a foyer & two rooms; to left & right. The greatest attention will be immediately drawn through all the windows to the expansive deck, w/pool & party bar. It's MODIFY & I was able to remodel much of it-I replaced the doors & was able to retexture a few things without mapping. The garden/yard parts, stone pillars/walls & hedges can be completely removed & used in any setting. The pool has a shallow & deeper end & will need dimpled terraforming to set it on sim ground. The pool water is scripted w/splashing sounds when entering & getting out & *the most realistic animated pool water I've seen in SL.* All the furniture & amenities incl are fun & funky 100% mesh. Or, remove it & there are no furniture shadows baked in any of the floor or wall textures. OK, yes. It is high prim. However, w/some prim building skills, one could remove the high prim lower mesh window sets & install linked single prims in each frame. I was able to reconstruct a lot of the high prim mesh parts (incl walk prims throughout) w/basic prims & lowered the total prim count considerably. IMO, this is The Perfect Beach House for an active life or a very calm and peaceful one. The yin/yang is strong in this one. I'd say it needs a 64x64 parcel at the very least to set down nicely w/good space around it.
Truly, one of the most unique & highly impressive homes I've seen in my 13+ SL yrs. I don't think anyone can go wrong with this top notch beach home. In style or price.
