A very impressive building
This is so much better than it looks in the photos. I'm very impressed.
See if you can find it somewhere and take a look around in person before you buy. Your search will end right there and then.
What a unique home!
A nice clean layout, top quality textures!
Visit Cain Maven's islands (Maven Homes and Quantum Luxury Homes right next to it on the map) to see the buildings. Once you see them in person they absolutely sell themselves. I've purchased many of Cain's homes and never been disappointed with a single one.
Unique and precious, a jewel of a house!
This house is very special among the Maven range.
There are many modern, mostly larger, "concrete" houses (Barcelona, Kay, Allegro etc), but this one is mostly wood, and with huge openings over the balcony you can feel connected to the nature outside (it would be best used in a natural setting, not in a city).
It packs a lot in a small cube. In fact, the footprint is so small that it could form the basis for a skybox on a 1024 sqm parcel. I bought it, however, for luxurious rentals on a sandy tropical island (combined with a multiscene platform in the sky). The large glass doors that can be kept open, and the huge roof terrace, make it a fabulous beach house. It's beautiful up there among the palm tree tops, with the sea view on one side and some beautiful, colourful tropical furniture.
It would be equally good in a forest or mountain setting. It's an extraordinary, flexible, super clever house with ultra-ingenious use of space.
It has real architectural interest too, with its layers of glass and wood (especially obvious in the bedroom), sliding and swinging doors, and that deceptively spacious cube shape. Put it in the right setting and it is gorgeous to look at. The painter HUD makes it easy to personalise the interior design.
All the usual Maven facilities are present, with a menu for window opacity, lighting intensity, security, door auto-open, etc...
Make no mistake. Compared to the rest of the Maven/Quantum range this seems to be an entry-level house. However, it has a very special character that makes it unique and desirable, and it has the usual Maven level of quality. Its low prim count also means you can build a fantastic setting around it, which is important for this kind of house that lets you connect to the outside and enjoy the scenery. By Second Life standards, it's an awesome and gorgeous house, one of the best you can get. Actually, it's way more than a house, it's a lifestyle choice!
