This charming little boat is a wonderful place to live, and would also make a nice little shop or meeting place. At only 15 x 30 metres approximately in size, it should fit into any standard sized 512 m block of land or larger.
There is an open deck on top, separated from the cabin by a wall of glass windows. At the front of the boat is an attractive ship wheel. Underneath the deck is the hold, which is a nice oblong room with a porthole showing a pretty ocean view. It has plenty of room for furniture, and would easily fit a bed, a couch and a chair, should you choose to furnish it in such a way. Internal walls are finished in a lovely 'ocean bubbles' texture in two lovely shades, and the deck of the boat is surrounded by a low glass wall.
The entire ship is actually encased in a solid box, but this is invisible from the ship - on board the ship, your only view is of wide blue skies. The outer side of the skybox, however, is an attractive sky blue color, blending well with the sky and making sure you have privacy from other people.
This ship is designed as a dwelling, and is NOT driveable.
