The dome is a COMPLETE SPHERE. A cube/square that has the sides as large as the diameter WILL NOT fit inside the sphere. (This is a fundamental geometrical concept I can't do anything about).
Please consider using a smaller area or a bigger dome (if possible) to ensure it fits.
