The Suburban Range - Fredo's House

2023 brings a new range built by Annabelle Artful, "The Suburban Range". These are a range of houses specifically designed to be for residential living. Each house is named after some of Annabelle's closest friends from years gone by.

Fredo's house is a detached 3 bedroom home with two bathrooms. Built with orange/ red wooden siding and slate roofing. It even has a working garage door. Head up the front steps to stand on the porch where you will find the front door.

Through the front door, there is a mud room with a door leading to the garage and another door that leads into the hallway.

From the hallway there is a door that leads to the living room on the left. On the right there is another door that leads to the downstairs WC.

Walk through the hallway and you will find yourself in the kitchen and dining area. This has a back door that leads onto another porch area. There is also a back door for the garage at the back of the house.

At the back of the dining and living rooms to the left of the house, there are two doorways / archways that lead to the stairway.

Upstairs you will find yourself on the landing with doors leading to the upstairs bathroom and 3 bedrooms. There is also a door that leads to the balcony out of the front of the house.

***Important Notes***

~ If you have an issue walking through the doorways, edit the linked part (right-click on the door frame, choose edit then toggle 'edit linked' in the build box and re-click the frame) Go to the features tab on the building box and change the physics shape type to none instead of convex hull or prim. This should allow you to walk through the door frame.

~ There are no furnishings included.

~ The landscaping around the house is not included.

~ Mesh parts have been used for 99% of this build. They have their own built in textures with ambient occlusion shadows. If you modify them, you will lose the shadow depth. Please make sure to take back up copies of the build before modifying.

~ The builder is not the creator of the scripts used in the doors or windows.

~ Planar texturing has been used.

~ Whilst the building is fully modifiable, some mesh parts are not.

~ The building shows as 'no modify' because of one of the scripts used inside the double windows that open. However you can still modify the building itself.

~ Not ALL the windows open. Just the double windows. The single windows are not scripted to open, however they have a separate part that you can edit if you wish to try your hand at scripting. I suggest unlinking the linked part first before scripting.

~ All interior and exterior doors are included.

~ Some textures have built in ambient occlusions added. Please be wary when changing the textures, that you may lose the shadowing effect.

~ Windlight has been used to take photographs of the house.
