The Summer Coast has 3 large rooms, and a large top varanda via the side staircase.
It comes with working doors and lights that you turn on at their own switches. It also comes with 2 working lamps outside, you just touch the base of each one to turn on and off.
With a very large deck that can sit over the water as shown in the main photo.

Potential
Firstly, I think 3 stars is generous because I didn’t find the building ‘out of the box’ usable. The texture quality is poor, garish, cheap and nasty.
However, secondly, the range offered by this creator is very interesting. I’ve spent hours looking for a range of simple beach style buildings for a residential sim that have a theme but not repetitive.
I will try adding my own textures because I really want this range to work.
Thirdly, price. Being personally incompetent in blender I hope this will work as a build kit cos they’re cheap on the pocket as well as the eye.
