The Sunnyside Retreat
The Sunnyside Retreat is a small modern home perfectly suited for a small waterfront getaway.
All lighting and shadows shown in the pictures are baked into the textures. SL shadows were not turned on. You really need to see it to appreciate the added detail this gives even on low graphics. You also get a shadowless version for those who can use SL shadows.
With a land impact of just 25 you will have plenty of space left for decor even on a 512 sqm parcel.
Ive included some extra textures for the interior walls including, pale lavender, soil, mustard, white, cream and red. You can also tint the walls to suit your tastes as well using the standard SL build tools.
Easy to use menu driven control system includes door locks, access list, window tint and lighting.
All objects are mod / copy while scripts are copy only. The house can be resized easily but the land impact will go up with size. You can however make it significantly larger and still have it remain under 30 LI. This is big enough for even a maximum height avatar.
Requires mesh enabled viewer to display properly.

Awesome build even for being almost 10 years old
I love this building. It's simple, low prim, and functional. The only thing I would improve is include more options for the exterior wall colors - it is a tad too dark for my tastes.
