The Upbeat Party Connection Set~

Want more upbeat coloring for you next party? These balloons will do that.
Balloons flicker with a party like ambiance and can be re-sized larger or smaller by touching.
Floor balloons are modify/copy and can be re-sized by using the "stretch" option in edit.

Each balloon cluster is 6 prims. All floor balloons are 1 prim each
