The Urban Range - Jazz Club

Continuing on with the urban range by Annabelle Artful; a new design of buildings have been made in the commercial sector, to help you complete your city sim design. These buildings come ready made with furnishings so all you have to do is place it down and its ready to go!

There are two options available:

- You can have the building only option which comes emptied out inside so you can choose your own furnishings.

- Or there is the furnished option, ready made for the type of commercial building it is, so you don't have to worry and it's ready to go to play in your city!

The Jazz Club is a black and brick building with a curved corner window. On the ground floor, you have the club complete with bar, tables and stage! If you switch your environment settings to midnight, you will see the ambient lighting set with red and orange moods to set the scene. There is a separate entrance to the left of the building which leads to an apartment upstairs. The club comes with the option to be furnished or unfurnished. The living quarters upstairs are unfurnished.

***Important Notes***

~ If you have an issue walking through the doorways, edit the linked part (right-click on the door frame, choose edit then toggle 'edit linked' in the build box and re-click the frame) Go to the features tab on the building box and change the physics shape type to none instead of convex hull or prim. This should allow you to walk through the door frame.

~ There are no furnishings for the living quarters upstairs.

~ Mesh parts have been used for 99% of this build. They have their own built in textures with ambient occlusion shadows. If you modify them, you will lose the shadow depth. Please make sure to take back up copies of the build before modifying.

~ The builder is not the creator of the scripts used in the doors.

~ Planar texturing has been used.

~ Whilst the building is fully modifiable, some mesh parts are not. However if you wanted to change the furniture around you can do so. Just edit the linked part.
