This is really nice. Great views. Love the deck top with added string lights at night. Feels like you are in a house, but have the water views.
My fave house boat!
I love this house boat... all things considered it is NOT too high of prims... the LOD and detail is awesome... it is easy to mod and the layout is wonderfully done. This is my go to houseboat in any build i do that has water space.

thank you for this lovely houseboat, large open rooms, bright, attention to detail, price is amazing! If I could fault it, the prims at 25 a bit high, but its worth it! I love it!
