Thank you for your interest in this nice grungy and worn looking wearhouse.
The Wearhouse is a multi-purpose building especialy well suited for urban/industrial themed parcels.
This HQ wearhouse is carefully builded with a lot of nice details, such as custom grafiti's on the side and back walls (outside), hand drawn dirt (weathered) under all the windows and on the lower parts of the building to give it a more realistic effect, Roof airco, automatic garage door and lots more. Also this building has been kept as low prim as possible, only 299 prims!
The wearhouse has copy and modify permissions on all prims so you can change anything you like.
