A truly unique home built with logs and timber mixed with stone and stucco walls. The richly textured wood and contrasting stone accents combine for a warm, comfortable atmosphere.

Upon entering through the double french doors in the center of the prow shaped front, you are greeted by a large stone fireplace and a blazing fire. The sunken great room has floor to ceiling windows in the end wall and the log supported ceiling rises all the way to the roofline.

Two steps lead up to main level and a beautifully textured full kitchen is on the left, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A large island with a cooktop and room for stools on one side divides the kitchen from the dining area. Next to the kitchen, a set of double carved pine doors leads outside. To the right, a knotty pine door on opens to a spacious bedroom with glass gable for an open feel.

The entire house requires 217 prims, but if needed, the kitchen (41 prims) and/or fireplace (11 prims) can be deleted. No need to worry about ruining the build - it is copyable so if you have a problem, you can simply delete it and rez a fresh copy.

Don't let my low prices lead you to believe these are slapped together boxes. I search SL and RL for the best textures I can find and spend many hours making each home as nice as I can. Look around and I'm certain you won't find a better home for the money.

All of my homes are copy/mod/no trans so you are free to make any changes you like to them. Some of the scripts are no mod and this will cause it to say no mod, but anything besides the scripts can be changed. If there is something you may want changed and don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, I will do my best to help out and make it your own personal home.
