The beautiful Willowind Castle is a towered fortress castle that has been remodeled into a beautiful mansion, yet retains the rugged mystery of its original purpose – that of a guardian of its property. With secret passages and hidden rooms, it has the mystery of a mansion with the detail of a fine dwelling. Carved oak throughout and tall ceilings give this beautiful castle a comfortable feel in all of its four floors It was designed to work equally well for a hillside or a flat piece of property. With a beautifully detailed entrance its stately front hall opens to a large ballroom / dining room with a very detailed period kitchen with wood burning ovens off one end. A curved stair in the entry hall leads to the second floor conservatory and overlooking balcony. Up another flight of stairs, the master bedroom is beautifully detailed with his and hers towers and a large master bath. Off the master bedroom a stairway leads to a studio and romantic patio high above the property and affording a grand view of the castles towers and surrounding scenery. The railed patios on three of the floors make your views spectacular.

This four story castle was ordered by Lord Willowind to give to his wonderful wife for their sixth anniversary and no cost was spared to build for his princess the best of the best.

This is a large structure with a 60 x 60 footprint and 590 prim count. It is designed for large properties.

If you would like a tour of this castle before buying please IM Lord or Lady Willowind (WilliamW Willowind or aqua Willowind)

This castle is everything it says it is! I can't say enough good about it. The level of detail is beyond awesome and it's one of the best houses I've seen in all of Second Life. It is not a period castle or medieval but looks the way a castle would look if remodeled and lived in today. It was worth every single linden I paid for it and the builder was totally supportive when I had some questions and also actually customized it to fit my land. If you are looking for a quality mansion to put on your property this is it! I loved the story of it. The the secret passageways are such a nice touch and the kitchen was the best. The textures used in it are very well done and unique. The rooms are large and spacious with lots of carved wood (oak). It looks good in both the day and night - inside and out. This one is definitely worth the money!
