The box includes two builds:

The Wodden Store
This is the biggest with a footprint of approx. 10 m wide * 10 m deep and a land impact of 19 prims

The Wodden Shop
This build is smaller, with a footprint of approx. 5 m wide * 10 m deep and a land impact of 12 prims, its a good starter shop, or you can put several small shops beside each other and make a lovely selling area.
