The Bedroom app is designed to give you the convenience of an instant, disposable retreat to your own private space for yourself and perhaps a friend, whenever you need it.
The system rez's you a teleport chair and as soon as you sit in it it takes you to your personal skyhouse bedroom at very high altitude. It also rez's an additional teleport disk to take you (and a friend?) down to the same spot you left from when you wish to leave, AND it auto deletes itself, bedroom, teleport, everything, once it senses you have left the area. Ridiculous convenience at a minimal price!
Of course if you are in a no build or no script area this will prevent your Bedroom from working, so you will need to go to another sim. A sandbox is always one good option.
