Nicely detailed curtain for your building needs. It is a off white color so you can re-color to your liking.
Texture is on transparent (alpha) background.

I created this curtain b/c I could not find a one-panel curtain that would work for what I needed on the Marketplace and then thought it would be better to share it with you!
