A corner cabinet is a great place to store all those gadgets that you rarely need but had to have. It also makes a kitchen look complete. To fit in the line of our Country Kitchen this corner unit was fitted with a small door, placed diagonally.
TIP: To make the door left- or right turning, flip the Mirror checkbox on the Edit window of the sculpted prim door and rotate it back in place. While setting up the door, you can use a thin vertical stick that goes through the center of the hinges.
It also comes with a new door script. Someone at Linden Lab got the quaternions wrong, causing the rotating object to "fall in plane" (called 'gimbal lock') at one specific rotation. The very reason of using quaternions was to make sure this would never happen. Not that you would care about any of this; to most it's magic, to some it's just another bug. The bottom line, this script works slightly different on the inside, giving the exact same result on the outside, and does not "fall in plane".
You can use this script in any of the Country Kitchen doors. It takes local position and rotation for closed and open states from the description line of the prim, more detailed instructions are in a separate notecard. A short helper script is included as well, to make getting all those numbers as simple as a click of your mouse.
