PLACEMENT OF YOUR BUILDING:
No complicated, laggy rezzers! Simply drag the building from your inventory on the ground and sink the foundation into the ground as much as needed. The building prefers a large, flat area. Place the building at least 5m above water level to add an optional storage (not included).

SNOW (optional):
Add a nice layer of snow for a wintery feeling. Drop 'Hall Snow' (15 prims) on the roof (somewhere near the front) and the snow jumps to where you expect it to be.
