This Simple Tiki Beach House is space conscious but still open and stylish, with privacy in mind. Activating privacy mode will close and lock all windows and doors.

Curtains are one-way so you can see out but not in, keeping the space feeling open and light.

Apart from a few scripts, this build is fully modifiable with a few extra parts (such as a dock) included to assist with variations. Also the objects were grouped with such modifications in mind.
