Beautiful furniture and animations (both indoor and outdoor!), all mesh, so NO poseballs! :)
Very nice indoor rooms: a very pretty and quite large livingroom downstairs, and a small yet cozy bedroom upstairs.
Lots of outdoor space, too: several nice spots and hangouts, and ofc. the pool, which I all love.
Overall gorgeous textures, and a fun playful setup.
It's big enough for sure, yet still cozy and comfy.

Great design. But...
I bought this the moment it was put on marketplace. I checked a demo inworld and checked the permissions on the picture and the slm description. Everything was set on COPY/MODIFY. That was perfect for me because I dont like some of the plants.
To my surprise when I rezzed it, the entire linked group of plants was NOT modify.
It was hard to contact the creator and he refuses to make the plants modify as advertised. Meanwhile the creator changed the details and put "plants not modify" in the advertisement.
He even refuses to link the plants in smaller groups so it is easier for me to handle them.
He did offer me a plants pack MODIFY to buy in the store for 50%... would be an extra cost of over 500L.
o.O wtf, he sells plants and palms modify in store but not with a tikihouse....
Zero stars for customerservice
I will give 5 stars if he fixes his mistakes
