Who ever said that Ultra low prim building has to be ugly....? This very nice detailed Tiki Beach Home is ultra low prim, beautifull AND cheap.
The palms and sand prim are rezzed separate so can used as you like.
The home is only 19 prims
The Palms are 8 prims together
The sand prim is one prim only
All is modify and copy to change as you like!
