tattoo is right on my under chin XD
not on my neck as seen on picture so i think its for classic avi maybe. Too bad cus i like the tatoo and i was looking for nr 13 :(

The other reviewers are ungrateful lil sh.... This is a tattoo layer with the number 13 on your neck, it's exactly as stated in the description and looks realistic. Thank you for this awesome gift.

It's only the number 13 Tattoo, NO HAIR. A cheap trick to sell.....misleading advertising

Brought this thinking it was all layers as stated, but it only comes in the tattoo layer.
