Two prims, the smaller prim rotates around the large prim, giving a cool futuristic look. Both parts are tintable, modify enabled, so you can mod the crap out of it. Made specifically for Blue Galaxy Solarian, but if you wanna fit it to another avatar, go ahead. Have fun!

Wish it moved with the tail
When a tail is flexi, the ring doesn't follow. Admittedly, this would probably be really hard to script out. This ring is simple. Just a couple of hollow tubes and a rotation script on one part. I repurposed it as a fancy cyberpunk collar.
