The box you'll receive is copy only, but the hair itself is copy/mod. Each size comes in two versions: with resizer and without resizer. It was made to fit Wynx tiny kitties, hamsters and bunnies but, as it is modifiable, it can be adapted for other tinies quite easily. I'm available to help with fitting if necessary as well. It also includes instructions and the script to remove the particles.
