Good Buy
I wanted a bird avatar that looks realistic when flying and this does fit the bill (no pun intended). However, the AO notecard won't load and isn't modifiable, and the help notecard is empty. There's no way to add animations to the AO and the animations themselves are no copy so you can't create your own AO and load it into Firestorm, at least as far as I can tell. Still a good buy, but could use some more relaxed permissions.
Flies OK, but...
After using this bird you will need to relog to use another avatar. It deforms your classic or prim based avatars. I did not test mesh avatars but I expect there would be a problem there too. I don't know what kind of gadget might fix this problem but it's most aggravating having to relog after using it. Other than that it was OK.
A really nice simple crow avatar.
Really well made for the price. It's simple, but animates cutely, hops around when it walks and has realistic crow sounds for the buttons that let you squawk. I think it's well worth the price if you're looking for a simplisitic mesh bird avatar. Also the wings do animate, they open when you fly, I am confused by the last reviewer.

super fun and awesome for the price. even if the model looks a little dated, the animations are very lifelike.
