The newest release from by Dorian the Tumbleweed One tiny house is sure to fit pretty much any lot size with a footprint of roughly 7m X 20m including trailer, not to mention the low prim count of only 21 prims total.
Though little this tiny house is big enough for a kitchen, sitting room, bath and of course don't forget the loft for your bed, giving you just about everything you could want for your SL living space.

a long search came to an end
Niece and I lived in this when we were in a community and fell in love. Being a full time rv'r myself (rl) I tend to lean towards the smaller builds in sl. The camper quality in this game sucks but this little tiny house.... It's perfect. The biggest pros for me and anyone that's been inside of it with me:
1 - camera angles. It's really rare to find a small build like this with decent camera angles that doesn't have me adjusting the camera every time I move or make you feel claustrophobic.
2- space. This isn't narrow nor is it impossible to decorate. It fit a small kitchen ({vespertine}small spaces kitchen) perfectly. I'm placing the name bc it's hard enough to furnish smaller rooms and I'm usually left wondering myself what people use. With that kitchen, a bistro table & chairs, a sofa, small bookcase, desk, and trundle bed on the loft with a dresser - Not once did it feel like we were missing something. TBH this surprised me how much we were able to put inside without feeling cluttered or sacrificing space.
3- windows - lots of natural light here. It was great and outside of putting up a couple ceiling fans for nighttime lighting and to circulate air, nothing else was needed.
4 - easily fits just about anywhere. Camping somewhere for the weekend? Want to park it full time? This place has fit everywhere we've put it with no issue
5 - modifiable
6 - the rezzer!!! it's so bloody genius! A little birdhouse and it fits very well in theme. I kept it out bc it's cute (and the rezzer has a stealth option).
The ONLY issue and it's not a dealbreaker... The ladder is a bit wonky... You're going up upside down but it drops you upside right on the loft. tbf here, how many ppl actually are going to use the ladder? We just sat on the beds from the 1st floor and rarely used the ladder.
If this is something you're looking for, you're not going to regret it. Kind of the only one of it's kind that decent out there.

This is a perfect model of what a tiny house should be. Just enough room inside to decorate and live comfortably and the textures are great! This is worth the buy, don't hesitate, I'm sure you'll love it too!

I love it! animation for ladder is screwy, but I think the creator can fix it? otherwise its gorgeous and deceptively spacious!
