You can use this tiny house as is, as a stand-alone office or as a modern pool house.
Since it is copy and modify, you can also rez two or more houses and link them together to make a bigger house (this will probably increase the land impact though). You will then have to select the windows (door and frame) where the houses connect (use the "Edit linked" command in edit mode) and then delete the windows (see pictures for an example)
