The tiny whacker is meant to be owned and used by tinies only.
Here is your chance to vent your frustration. Are you losing an argument? Is someone making fun of you? At last you can express yourself, physically! You know you want to!
Rez the ball on the ground and sit on it. A menu will appear where you can choose who to whack. It is set to whack a tiny by default but click the avatar type button if you want to whack a biggie
You will repeatedly whack that av until you decide to stand up. If they try to run away, then you follow as though you are stuck like glue.
This will only work in an area where you can rez an object, short term or otherwise.
Don't ask permission, just whack 'em!
