That's the ship for real tiny pirates! Driveable, steerable with different speeds. No-one will ever escape you again (at least not on the water!)
You can take one passenger with you. The ship can only be steered by the owner captain (for that it's not gonna be stolen - you can't trust anyone nowadays, can you?)
