Customer Service & Quality Workmanship go a long way
I saw this set when I was having orientation at school for my new job and thought it was adorable. My granddaughter loves the design and says it looks super modern.
But when my other granddaughter had questions and I messaged Brie, her level of customer service and assistance was above and beyond. She was patient, willing to explain, offered screen shots to help me with my problem AND even gave me more information than I originally needed or knew.
That speaks a lot to the quality of product and service you get from this designer. Mad kudos and thank you for all of your help. I will be referring as many people as I can in the future.
