As usual tip board it will pay the picture displayed but will also allow the owner to take commissions or even to allocate commissions to other persons.
Multiple managers can be defined.

You have purchased tip boardl from Agnes Chalet Creation. We hope you will enjoy it. Please read sinctructions below to put it online.
Board functions
---------------------------------
This is a tip board you can put in a club or any location where staff helps and welcomes people.
The tip board will display pictures of the persons and will allow other people to pay them tips.
The tip board includes possibility to pay a part of the tip to additonal persons like a commission.
The tip board also includes a function to limit the time a picture is displayed after the person has activated it.
Add a person to the tip board

To add a person to the tip board you must either have modify rights to the tip board or either be part of identified managers.
In the first case, just open the board and drop a micture of the person inside. The picture MUST be named like the persons (careful it is case sensitive and name must be exactly right).
In the second case use commadn /777 Tip_Load and you will have one minute to drop the picture inside the board.
Once the picture inside the person concerned will have to click the board center to activate it.
After that the visitors will be able to use the arrows below the board to roll thru the active pictures. To pay the tip they can just pay the board when the right person is displayed.
Manager functions
---------------------
You can define as many managers as necessary inside the $Parameters file (see below parameters).
When a person is identified as a manager he/she has access to the following functions. Just say the command within voice reach from the board:
/777 Tip_Commands : Will list the available commands
/777 Tip_Reset : WIll reset compeltely the tip board
/777 Tip_Load : Will give permissions to load pictures into the board for one minute
/777 Tip_Param : Will list the board current parameters
/777 Tip_Status : Will give status of the persons active or not on the board
/777 Tip_Frame : Will change the frame displayed around the board
CAREFUL the channel 777 is a defautl, you are able to change it in the parameter file using command Tip_Channel.
THis is useful if you have several tip boards close to each others.
To collect the persons UUID you can purchase the UUID collector from Agnes Chalet Creation.
Remove a person from the tip board

The only way to remove a person is to have modify rights on the board, open it and delete the picture concerned.
Time picture is displayed
---------------------------
The baord icludes a function that will automatically de-activate a picture after a certain time.
The time a picture remains displayed is defined inside the parameter file.
E.g to display 1 day:
tip_time,1
tip_unit,Days
E.g to display 1 week:
tip_time,7
tip_unit,Days
E.g to display 12 hours:
tip_time,12
tip_unit,Hours
E.g to display half an hour:
tip_time,30
tip_unit,Minutes
Always use intergers for the tip_time.
This feature is very useful to force people displayed to come from time to time to the place the board is at.
People not displayed anymore cannot be tipped.
Tip paying and commission system

The board includes possibilty to pay the person displayed but also commission other persons.
You can specify in the parameter file the percentage to pay to the person displayed and to the other persons.
Use the paid_girl parameter for the part paid to the person displayed.
Use the paid_UUID parameter for the additional persons.
E.g pay 80% to the person displayed and 10% to each of two managers:

E;g to pay 100% to the person displayed:
paid_girl,100
No paid_UUID line
If the total percentage to pay is exceeding 100% the board will only pay back the tip value. For example if by mistake the board is set to pay 90 to the person and 20% to a manager the person will be paid first then the rest will be paid to the manager.
