This is basically the same as all the other ones out there, save for a few differences.
It cycles through colors for your title.
Chooses a random channel for each title setting.
Lets other people set your titles.
Allows you to set time between title sets in one minute increments.
These last two are functionality I've not seen before, have you?
Allows you to restrict certain avatars from setting your title.
Allows you to restrict certain words from being put in your title.
The restrictions can be set on a notecard, for data persistence, and also with chat commands.
