Tommy's The Ritz Cinema
A beautiful and stylish retro style Cinema, that could also be used as a club or lecture theatre. It requires just a 40x40 land area and uses only just 107 prims.
It can conservatively seat 60 people and has standing room for many more.
The Ritz is built like a classic vintage cinema with a foyer, cinema theatre and seating area.
In addition it has an upstairs mezzanine floor where visitors can watch the movie, meet to chat or use as a bar or club. The upstairs area cannot be seen from below and there are teleporters that the owner can set up to restrict/allow access to the upstairs thus keeping it private.
DESCRIPTION
The Ritz Cinema is built in the style of classic traditional cinemas with sumptuous textures and lighting that gives a really warm and relaxing atmosphere. The exterior is a more Art Deco Style which you can modify to your own taste as you wish.
The Ritz Cinema has a small entrance foyer where visitors can meet before the performance and where other items such as sweet machines, and posters can be displayed.
Inside the ground floor there is space for a Screen or Stage plus two areas for seating with a seating capacity of at least 60 people. The ground floor also has two opening and closing exit side doors.
Upstairs is another floor which could serve as a bar or a private meeting place. It could also be used to display art work or media about the cinema. The upstairs floor is accessed by a controllable teleporter so it could be used as a cosy private area.
Outside is a red carpet and rope barriers are included.

TELEPORT SETUP
Only the owner can set up the teleport system as described below:-
This teleport system was designed to be as easy to use and configure as possible. Each teleporter is just 1 prim; the magic is in the script.
To set up a system with two teleporters to transport you between, for example, your foyer and the upstairs, simply place a teleporter at each location. Wait one minute to allow the teleporters to discover each other. Now, left-clicking one teleporter will bring you to where the other teleporter is located.
If you want to have more destinations, simply place more teleporters. Again wait one minute for the information to be transmitted to the other teleporters. Now, left-clicking one teleporter will present you with a menu of all other destinations; as soon as you select your desired destination you will transported there. By default each location will have a unique number as name. You can optionally assign a more meaningful name to a teleporter by choosing Edit and entering the name of the destination (for example, "Upstairs Bar") as the Description of the object.
The teleporter also has a limited access control system. If the name of a destination starts with '*', only avatars whos active group matches that of the teleporter are allowed to teleport there. Destinations starting with '!' are accessible only to the owner of the teleporter. Also new, you can add an animation and/or a sound to the content of the teleporter, which will be played when teleporting.
