Retro ice cream parlor fully decked out with tables and stools, bar top, ice cream coolers, plates bowls cups and cones. The cone dispenser will give 4 ice cream cones, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and mint.
I have made much of this build mesh to lower land impact, the building itself is only a land impact of 38! Accessories inside the building have a land impact of 164.
