This item is purely for fun (but may also be useful so people get aware how heavy they are scripted).
It displays the names and ranking of the top 4 avatars based on a score generated from the scripts
they are wearing (attachments, HUDs). The higher the score the heavier they are scripted.
Scripts are not really able to measure the lag an avatar causes, but it is able to collect some data
which can be used to give an estimate - based on the memory used by the avatar and the number
of scripts they are wearing. It generates a score number which is used for ranking. The higher the
score the more lag the avatar _may_ cause.
