Topaz 12 Prim Shop

This is a nice 20 x 30 sqm shop that is only 12 prims.

It includes a greeter that can give landmarks, notecards and gifts.

The awning is texture changing to allow you to modify it and you can re-texture the walls of the shop to suit your taste.

Very nice shop at a very low prim cost.
