This is my beach house build, it takes a 20 x 20 sqm spot, It has a nice spiral stair case, home security system and home controller. As an added bonus i have included my rezz a room furniture pack.

Nice little home.
I bought this and wow the prim count is fantastic once sorted. Bought a few others as well and any issues you have been great with sorting your notecards work with great information. Thanks.
