By purchasing this box of Topsy Turvy Textures, Animations or Full Perm Mesh, you agree to the following-

This is a license for you to use Topsy Turvy Textures/Mesh/Animations in your commercial (ie, not to be sold full permissions) creations, TT retains the rights to the intellectual property and allows you to use the textures/mesh/animations in your non-full perm creations through this license. You do not own the art work itself, only the right to use them per this license.

Textures/Mesh/Animations may not be given away full perm, they may not be shared with alts, friends or others, or repackaged and sold full perm. TT Textures/Mesh/Animations may not be modified in any way and resold, nor given away as freebies.

Textures/Mesh/Animations from Topsy Turvy may be used in your own creations that are sold as mod/copy, mod/trans, or copy only.

TT Textures may be used in texure change items, but they may not be full perm inside the item, they must be no copy or no transfer.

Failure to follow these guidelines will result in DMCA action.

If you wish to use Topsy Turvy Textures in another world, please contact Tantalizing Resident to discuss the possibily, notecards are strongly suggested, I am not always in world every day. Requests to use TT textures elsewhere will be reviewed on a case by case basis and may involve purchasing an extended license.

Refunds cannot be given for full perm items, however, in the event a texture has the wrong permission, send transaction history and the specific texture name "TT Wood Floor -1" and that texture will be replaced.
