if you ignore the underpants,
and wear a non-prim bathingsuit which is UNDERPANTS + UNDERSHIRT,
you can wear the SHIRT and PRIM SKIRT just fine on top of that bathingsuit. Coverups hard to find that work well and come in many colors affordably priced...
