In purchasing any full-perm objects or textures from Torika or TamertBlue you are agreeing to the following conditions:

1) You will not resell the objects or textures individually.

2) None of these objects or textures will be traded amongst fellow builders/friends with copy/transfer permissions.

3) None of these objects or textures will be sold with copy/transfer permissions.

4) You will not include the objects or textures in any full permissions format, including 'business in a box', 'reseller's kits', or freebie boxes.

5) You will only use the objects or textures within furniture created by you.

6) You will not attempt to portray the objects or textures as your own creation in any way.

7) You will not export my objects or textures out of Second Life with the intent to use them in any manner on another simulator, MMO. Not are you authorized to make 'backup copies' of my objects or textures outside of Second Life.

8) No refunds are offered on any full perm items, please view a demo in-world before buying something.

Any violation of these rule will result in a DMCA submission by me to Linden Lab. This can result in these objects or textures being pulled from your inventory and all products sold with them could be deleted from the grid. This includes permissions being set wrongly in builds. Lack of knowledge is not an excuse and will still result in action being taken.
