40 x 40, 3 story store, ready for you to place on your land, when fully rezzed it is 39 prims. fully modified, if you choose, it may say no mod, but that is the rezzing script, make sure you read the note card for instructions, its a steal for 275L, hope you enjoy it, be careful, after u rezz it, hit finished, no mod will disappear

I have been asked many times why my builds are so cheap, Well i just build for fun, not wanting to be rich in sl, all my builds are made from my heart. not to gouge your wallet :) There as good as the most expensive ones :)
