I was looking for a script like this. I had a lot of fun on April Fools Day with it. Thank you.
It works but...
It works. The only problem is that you have to have a minimum knowledge of the scripts as they have no instructions. As it is set it plays the sound only once, if it is used to create ambient sounds it is not indicated.

This works perfectly. Just rez a prim, edit it and drop this script into the contents along with your sound script, then double click the script and write the name of your sound in there (it tells you where to write it) and then save and close edit. Then click the prim and voila :D
It works BUT..
It DOES work it's just extremely bloody quiet. Waste of 25L to be honest.
