Owner can click the tower to change the sign. There are 3 to choose from. If you want you own sign, you can type what you want in a graphics program and save the text as a png file. Then upload it and put on the prim. I have purposely separated the back wood from the text so you would have this option. One tip is to make the text a 1024 width x 512 height so the words are clear and not blurry.
