WHY TRADING CARDS?
Think about real life trading cards. They appeal to collectors. You can market limited-edition trading card sets (a run of 100... 1,000), whatever you like, and sell them for a reasonable price. Once they're sold out they can appreciate in value among collectors. Or you may want to send out free trading cards containing photos of your group members, SL family or friends. Create a set of DRAGON trading cards, ELF trading cards... or whatever theme you like. You can make your own BASEBALL CARDS, FOOTBALL CARDS, BASKETBALL, SOCCER... you name it. The uses for Trading cards are endless!
DragonForge Trading Cards have a place for a square photo (512, 1024 or 2048) plus a text area which can be used for any kind of documentation. The back of the card can be decorated in any manner you wish.
You can put whatever textures you like on any surface. Set the cards to NO COPY and the result is a great-looking collectors trading card that can be given away, sold, and transfered like RL trading cards.
These are built to the dimensions of RL trading cards (though sized for easier viewing on SL).
They come with a resizer script in case you want to distribute them No Mod.
You can set distributing perms in several forms:
1. NM /C /T Send out no-mod cards to all your friends *
2. NM /NC /T A no-mod collectors card *
3. M /NC / T Moddable collectors card
* A resizer script is included. You can make cards resizable... or not.
