So silly, great fun.
Simply add to your current outfit ( it's invisible untill triggered ) and type /9 fart in local chat. Your avatar will firstly announce the fart by shouting "get a load of this" through the cone, then assume the pose. The cone is then held up to the avatar's rear end and a loud fart is heard before the cone disappears ready for next time.
