When you raise budget (at least 6L$) of your buoy it will be listed at. http://www.fungamescentral.com/vf_lands.php players can visit your land via HUD or web site and fish via free fishing kit

I only retreat one star because the packet is not modifiable so that we can lessen the impact on the ground. It could be less prims, all as parts.

Nice looking bouy seems to be well built and scripted, but i wish they could be resized as the bouy and the sign are a bit big for my liking, otherwise i would have given it 5 stars.
