I'll admit that I'm addicted. I just love houses and I love designing and I don't have the patience to muck my way through Blender to create one, so thank goodness for home designers like Lex, who pump out some great houses. This is the THIRD Tranquil home I have purchased, the other two being the The Orchard (and garage!), and The Cloverdale, of which I need to leave reviews for, too.
I trade off between managing and owning community sims, and currently I am a manager at a great community sim, and I was looking for a big house with lower prims, and great design.. Who else to go to but Tranquil? Too many places have the same exact houses rezzed out over and over and over again, and the Riverside Cottage is just one of those individual houses that you don't see anything like in SL.. actually.. most of the Tranquil homes are. The detailing on the windows and the banisters are my favorite thing about this particular house, as is the impeccable realistic detailing of the outlets against the walls. You simply have to walk in to see it.
I am very picky about houses. I own nearly all of the houses in SL, but I am very picky about what I rezz out for my tenants. This house was big enough to fit the lot, and the new renter is very satisfied as well. This home does come with different versions, as well as furniture in packed boxes.. lovely for if you want to show off a "pre furnished" house. The work put into this house is impeccable. Brava, Lex!
The Best Mesh family Home on the Market
I must admit that normally when buying a new home I dread the thought of trekking around SL and would turn to MP. But on searching for months have not found the perfect full mesh family home ... until now!!!
Firstly I want to say this house is amazing it is spacious, textured to a very high standard with beautiful decor and furnishings included in the price. Not only are you getting all this you get three versions of the house for all you who have vehicles a two or single door garage or if like me you have no use for them the house has a version where the garage makes a fantastic main bedroom and has heaps of space. I could go on and on about this house but seriously just check it out and you can see all the amazing features.
Best house EVER purchased.
